Miami Culinary Institute dining room the evening of September 24th, 2011.

6:30 pm is the VIP COOKING CLASS EVENT and DINNER EVENT for $170 in the Food & Wine Theater with Chef Norman Van Aken. Very Limited then moving to the dining room for the four course dinner and tantalizing wine pairing.
7:30 pm is the DINNER EVENT ONLY for $125 in the Dining Room where you will enjoy four courses by Chef Norman Van Aken with Tantalizing Wine Pairings.
