This year, we will present our 2011 Outstanding Service Award to Anthony Brancatelli, City of Cleveland Councilman for Ward 12. Our 2011 Community Impact Award Recipient is Case Western Reserve University, our founding partner, led by President Barbara R. Snyder. We will also recognize the late Mr. Edward Kukawka, former board member and lifetime supporter of University Settlement.
2011 marks 85 years of service to the Broadway/Slavic Village community for University Settlement. Founded by the School of Applied Social Sciences at Western Reserve University in 1926, University Settlement continues to serve the residents of this dynamic and historically significant neighborhood.
