Barry Estabrook's Tomatoland is a tour de force exposing how industrial agriculture destroyed our country's most alluring fruit. Estabrook is not all gloom and doom, however, and offers hopeful ways we can save not only tomatoes but agriculture in general. Please join us to honor one of our great public intellectuals at this dinner conversation about tomatoes, labor rights, and the future of pasta sauce. We'll serve a light vegetarian dinner to fuel the conversation.
