Snow White And The Seven
Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute is back at the Seattle Repertory Theater to perform one of its classic plays. Isiah Anderson Jr returns as Director for this vibrant and dynamic summer program. Past summer musical productions include: Soul of Beauty and the Beast, The Wiz with a Renaissance Swing, Cinderella, Peter Pan, and Grease. LHPAI is known for re-energizing popular American musicals by daring to infuse the story with a cultural context and contemporary sound. With a cast of mainly African American youth, LHPAI's performance of Snow White And The Seven, will tell the story as it's never been told before.
