Local Roots NYC Supper Club
Join chefs William Griffin and Jonathan Meyer of I8NY at our first supper club, which will feature ingredients from the Local Roots CSA. Feel free to share a drink with the chefs afterwards and ask questions about the meal. Recipe cards on each dish will also be available to bring home so you can try them out yourselves with your CSA share!

Starters
select artisinal toast, heirloom bean puree with rosemary, whipped ricotta with sea salt

salad of summer lettuces
Second
fresh egg fettuccine: basil and chive pesto, roasted garlic, summer squash
Main
red wine braised short ribs: currants, turnips, carrots, radishes
Dessert
panna cotta with summer berries
Wine, beer and other beverages will be available at the bar
This event is open to the public
