This workshop focuses on the art of choreography, using the pole as a tool for creative expression. You will learn a routine which focuses on authentic movement, extensions, and fluidity without a strong emphasis on tricks, making this class suitable for all skill levels. Amber will also teach you crucial strengthening exercises for injury prevention.
