a limited release, one-time brew, recalling what IPAs of the early 1800's might have been (5.7% abv)

SOUP
GAZPACHO ~ paired with Berkshire Ale
a traditional pale ale, deep copper in color, with a rich malt profile (6.3% abv)

SALAD
SUMMER ARUGULA SALAD with strawberries, kiwi, honey-roasted walnuts, and feta ~ paired with Berkshire Hefeweizen
crisp, light, refreshing slightly tart, and exceptionally drinkable (4.5% abv)

DINNER CHOICES

PAN SEARED TROUT
with a light lemon - white wine sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes, zucchini, broccoli & carrots ~ paired with
Berkshire Czech Style Pilsner
Czech Saaz hops impart a rich aroma and subtle bitterness to this true lager (5.5% abv)

PORK LOIN
marinated in smoky adobo & chipotle and topped with a pineapple chutney, served with scalloped sweet potatoes and slaw ~ paired with Berkshire Bourbon Barrel-Aged "Shabadoo" Black & Tan
a delicate blend of our Berkshire Ale and Drayman's Porter a sublime concoction (6.3% abv)

in a tastebud-tingling red Thai curry sauce ~ paired with
Berkshire Lost Sailor IPA
