St. Jack Chef Aaron Barnett's Portland Food Adventure
On the heels of garnering The Oregonian's Rising Star status, chef Aaron Barnett shares his culinary talents as well as his favorite spots in Portland. The evening will include multiple courses, wine, gratuity and all the gift certificates to the chef's favorite spots in Portland... including Steven Smith Teamaker, Saraveza Pasty House, Zilla Sake House, Gruner, KASK, Nong's Khao Man Gai.
The product of a lifetime of study and passion, St. Jack is an ode to the bouchons, or esteemed cafes of Lyon, France, and to Chef Aaron Barnett's take on the humble excellence of rustic French cuisine. Situated on a comfortable neighborhood corner in Southeast Portland, St. Jack' s features both a traditional pâtisserie and restaurant in an unassuming 19th century home.
