The Brave New World of IPAs
Please join us in exploring one of the world's greatest beer stories: the India Pale Ale.
Our friends in beer from NYCDAT, Chris Cuzme (of Wandering Star Brewing Co. and President of the New York City Homebrewers Guild) and Mary Izett (National Beer Judge and blogger at mylifeoncraft.com), will dive into New World IPAs. We will taste and discuss West Coast and other versions of this classic beer style. The class will run just over an hour each. (price includes beer - IPA's of course).
