The STRAND, A Beach Musical
The STRAND, A Beach Musical is written by locals with musical contributions from member of the Beach Boys, Bel Airs, Eric Burdon and the Animals and South Bay entertainer, John Brown. This nationally recognized script has roles from surfers to seagulls and centers around the origins of surfing and water life that were largely untapped until the arrival of surf legend and waterman, George Freeth. With award winning choreography and costumes, not the mention the John Brown Band, this is a summer show not to be missed! Legendary Surf guitarist, Paul Johnson will entertain prior to and at intermission.
