July 9th On-The-Farm Dinner with Breezy's BBQ
This coming Thursday we welcome Breezy's BBQ of the 97th Street Concessions to Edgemere Farm. As the barbecuetionists in charge on the beach, chefs Breezy and Amy bring a grilling expertise that's no match for our two-grill homemade setup. So they'll be lugging in an entire trailer in which smoky charcoals will fire up locally caught fish for this much anticipated summer supper. And while grilled fish is purportedly the starring act, our Edgemere Farm produce will surely be stealing some of the spotlight as it appears in every dish on the menu. Don't miss out! To minimize the waste our farm produces, we ask you to bring to the farm your own plate to eat off of. We hope you'll help us form a beautiful medley of plateware, starting with one of your favorite (and reusable!) dishes. We'll even wash it off for you at the end of the night.
