Get the inside scoop and some informal mentoring from four female leaders from the architecture and design world. Each of our panelists has led a professional organization and owns or manages her own firm in the AEC industry. We'll explore the different paths to leadership and ownership, hear personal accounts of being a female in a historically male-focused environment, and gain insight into the unique skills and traits of women who lead.
