This month, CULTUREfix offered guests to try a free dish of squid stuffed with spiced ground beef, chorizo, golden raisin and pistachio served with pickled nectarines and poppy seeds. Guests filled out a comment card for us to develop a theme off of. Below is the winner's response and some clues to what guests will be tasting, smelling and seeing on July 26.
