World Dinner tour visits Puerto Rico
The Slow Food World tour continues. Ross has once again found us a great summer time venue and what better place then to head to the island of Puerto Rico by way of Freddy & Tony's. Every review raves about this place and you can't beat the price. Menu to start with tastings of Rellenos de Papas & Alcapurrias de Yuca. Then we will enjoy family style servings of Pernil, Carne Frita, Pollo Asado, Morcia & Platano Maduro. As if that was not enough, there will be individual portions of Mofongo with garlic gravy. Every meal needs a good dessert and of course that would be a nice flan. While non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase, this is a BYOB, so bring your favorite Cerveza or Sangria or whatever. The cost of the evening includes tax & tip.
