FREE Maritime History Tour with the Bayshore Discovery Staff
This is a round trip tour from Liberty State Park.
Join us on the schooner A.J. Meerwald, a historic vessel first launched in1928. Originally employed as an oyster dredgeboat, A.J. Meerwald now passes her days as a sailing classroom, promoting ecological and historical awareness. On this tour passengers will learn about our rich maritime history through kid friendly, hands-on activities and lessons, with the beautiful New York Harbor as a backdrop.
Please arrive to Liberty Landing Marina approximately 30 minutes before departure time. Tickets unclaimed 15 minutes before departure will be made available to standby passengers.
