FREE Tour of the Current Issues on the New Jersey Waterfront
This is a round trip tour from Liberty State Park.
Travel up New Jersey's coast as Bob Cotter, from the Jersey City Department of City Planning, talks a bit about the history of the New Jersey waterfront, from its shipping legacy to its importance as an immigration post, but mostly about the challenges that lie ahead for the waterfront. Catskill will be making her way up the Jersey coast, to Union City, before heading back to Liberty State Park. This tour is perfect for passengers looking for a little bit of everything, a little bit of history, a little bit of ecology, and a lot of gorgeous views.
Please arrive to Liberty Landing Marina approximately 30 minutes before departure time. Tickets unclaimed 15 minutes before departure will be made available to standby passengers.
