Sam Choy and Poké to the Max: One Night Pop Up Dinner
Experience a taste of the islands at a one night pop up dinner cooked by none other than Celebrity Chef, James Beard Award Winning Chef, the God Father of Poké, Chef Sam Choy. Chef Choy and his crew from Poké to the Max will be cooking up some authentic Hawaiian dishes at one of Seattle's newest restaurants The Stone House Café. Join us for a night full of surprises, fun, special guests, and entertainment by Daniel Pak of Kore Ionz!

Fresh Local mixed greens with Sam's Creamy Oriental Dressing.
Chilled Kabocha pumpkin bisque with toasted garlic crostini.
Grilled ahi tuna from the Kona waters, served on a bed of ginger pesto rice, with truffleyaki butter sauce, and braised local veggies.
Butter mochi with coconut haupia sauce and seasonal berries.
Seats are limited for this 6 course dinner.
