Mellow Monday 7:30pm

A gentle start from UP, who take a pride in refusing to be pigeonholed - "we like to think of ourselves (humbly) as the best skiffly-folky-jivey-rocky-jazzy-bluesy-country-uppity band in the land."

Next up, "The Spirit of Skiffle" - perennial favourites Seaside Skiffle are spreading their musical net wider than normal in the hope of discovering that elusive third or even fourth chord. Singalong, or bring a washboard if you want to join the percussion section.

Manic Monday 9:45pm

This 7 piece soul and blues ensemble wowed us last year. With two U.S. chart albums to their credit, two live sessions on Paul Jones BBC Radio 2 progamme recorded at the legendary Maida Vale studios in London, and numerous festivals and gigs LOBN are a soul, funk and rhythm & blues band with an international reputation. This is an act not to be missed.
