motherwarming wysewomen postnatal traditions workshop 29th august ipswich
come and join us for our new motherwarming workshop for birthkeepers, mothers and anyone else who'll be loving the mother postnatally.
our day workshop will exploring traditional postnatal techniques, warming foods, massage, herbs, tonics and oils for healing and restoring, bengkung and other traditional postnatal abdominal wraps, closing the bones, vaginal steaming and strategies for keeping the resting and warming going.
i've gathered much over my 20 years of warming mothers but i look forward to hearing your wisdom too.
