The Continuum
A celebration of emerging artists featuring our Summer Intensive participants and our 2015 Emerging Choreographers.
Deeply Rooted's Summer Dance Intensive offers technical rigor and artistic development within disciplines of dance. Over four weeks, participants are exposed to a strong curriculum fostering learning and personal growth, along with opportunities to experience the company's repertory through forums, workshops, and lastly within this final performance. Participants will perform works by Kevin Iega Jeff, Gary Abbott, Nicole Clarke-Springer, MenCa and Dereque Whithurs.
The Emerging Choreographers Showcase mission is to empower & facilitate an environment of growth & exploration for young professional dancers and choreographers. With a record amount of 80+ entries, this year's showcase will feature works created by Anthony Williams, Kaylin Horgan, James Johnson, Joe Musiel and Artistic/Producing Director, Joshua L Ishmon.
