Join BRIDGE Housing, Savings by Design and AIA|San Diego for a members-tour of the city's most recently opened affordable housing showcase Celadon at 9th & Broadway, in downtown San Diego.

Celadon is the first vertical subdivided tax credit development in California combing both 9% and 4% tax credits in a single building. Celadon is a 17-story mixed use residential project comprised of 250 1-bedroom and studio units, with a 5 story podium base and a 12 story tower over 2 levels of underground parking. The site is within walking distance of several resident-serving amenities, including a supermarket, pharmacy, park, public library and a major transit hub with bus and trolley service. The building contains approximately 5,380 square feet of ground floor retail space, including a garden courtyard for retail tenant use.

The building is designed to meet LEED Gold standards, incorporating the use of solar photovoltaic and hot water panels.
