PIT - MEAT
MEAT is excited to return to The PIT, from their standing-room only show at Sketchfest NYC, where they received a standing ovation. Known for smart, dangerous, inventive writing and fearlessly-committed performances, MEAT is one of the most critically-acclaimed and respected groups on the sketch festival circuit. Recently they were hailed by the head theater critic of the Chicago Tribune as "Top drawer sketch comedy innovators ... razor sharp ... MEAT is all over it." They've also been a Village Voice critic's pick, received standing ovations at the Vancouver Sketch Festival, Seattle Sketch Festival, Chicago Sketch Festival, and the Best of the Best Sketch Festival, and made Bill Clinton's joke writer pee in his pants. They are also proud to be nominated by the 2005 ECNY's for "The Most Fucked Up Thing I Saw All Year." Yeah!!!
