Holdfast Collaboration with John Slack - July 23rd - Thursday
On this night we will be teaming up with our good friend John Slack. He was a member of our opening team at the Bent Brick, and most recently Joel and John worked together at Graham Elliot in Chicago. While they were there Graham Elliot maintained it's two Michelin star rating before closing in January of 2014. We will be offering a 10 course meal with 5 paired beverages. We will be offering both an alcoholic and a non-alcoholic pairing. Half of the courses will be prepared by Holdfast, with the other half prepared by John Slack.
This dinner will be held at Holdfast at Fausse Piste on 537 SE Ash #102 in PDX, at 7:00 on Thursday, July 23rd.
