BeerYoga at Great Raft Brewing
Come stretch out with us every third Tuesday at 6 PM for our BeerYoga class. There is a $15 registration fee that covers the class and a post-yoga pint. (Make sure you get your pint ticket when you check in.)
What to bring & wear: Yoga mat, bottle of water and towel. Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in, bend and stretch.
Class description: 60-min class. Suitable for beginners and experienced students, this yoga class will challenge your balance, strength and flexibility. You will be guided through basic and advanced yoga poses, and learn breathing techniques to help alleviate physical tension and mental stress. All levels welcome!
