Chilled Tropical Fruit Soup with fresh mango, pineapple, avocado & mint - paired with Pretty Things Fluffy White Rabbits~a hoppy tripel, brewed with three hops: saaz, styrian goldings, and amarillo (8.5% abv)

SALAD
Caprese Salad - red & yellow beefsteak tomatoes, fresh mozzarella & shredded basil - paired with Pretty Things Field Mouse~a rustic pale ale brewed with all the things a mouse would nibble on rye, oats, wheat & barley (7% abv)
