Review the basics of the new California Green Building code, going over residential and commercial mandatory sections, which state agencies are adopting the code, touching on: energy and water efficiency sections, environmental quality requirements, commissioning thresholds and benefits, light pollution requirements, Tier 1 and Tier 2 electives and proposed amendments. This month, AIA San Diego brings Ken Gill of E-Mon, the leader in sub-metering technology to present an overview of California Green Building Code.
