Feather FAN-tasy
Every since Sally Rand strolled the Chicago World's Fair in 1933, fans of burlesque have been clamoring for... fans! This 90 minute workshop teaches you everything you need to know about this classic burlesque prop. Using smaller fans students will learn grips, poses, and moves that can be applied to large stage fans. During the discussion portion, you'll learn what to look for in a fan and fan care. Practice fans will be provided (or bring your own) and students can take them home for $10.
