Bread and Hammer
Mamuka is a musician, a DJ and a renowned bread-maker from Tbilisi, Georgia, who currently lives in San Francisco. In his 4-hour workshop Mamuka teaches bread baking techniques through music and meditation, based on ancient Georgian traditions. Dough is prepared with the use of water, flour and grapes. Nothing else! Wear something comfy and bring a good mood with you.
