Celebrate Vin de Set's 5 year anniversary as we literally take roast whole hog to new heights. Join Chefs Ivy & Kirby and our very own pit master Tony Cole as they prepare two distinct versions of roast swine. "Cochon de Lait" a French Creole style and a classic American brined & smoked. In keeping with the theme we will also offer ribs, pulled pork, pork brats, pork & beans and a dessert bacon bar. Of course all the traditional sides and accompaniments will be included. We will have live music to keep the party festive. This is a one of a kind event that will certainly get your summer grilling season off on the right hoof.
