We're dishing up a taste of the American South with modern takes on traditional low-country fare - and shaking up a classic southern Cocktail to kick off the night and beat the summer heat on our terrace! In this interactive demonstration, Chef Katie will prepare several small plates paired with a tasting of wines. You'll get recipes for the dishes served, plus pro tips and culinary tricks, from selecting seasonal produce to cooking techniques, wine education, and more!
