Working for over 25 years within landscapes of improvisation, the company (John Burt, Lorraine Grosslight, Heather Harpham, Eric Huther, Carolyn Shakti Sadeh, Cassie Tunick,Trisha Zembruski) joins a deeply physicalized imagination to a spare ensemble mind. These open working sessions lay bare both the mechanics and magic of truly physical improvisation, and how we conjure ourselves awake. The company creates worlds that speak from inside dream, grounded by humor and humanity, precisely articulated through speech, sound, and movement.
