About the Instructor
Originally from a small town in Alabama, Stephen Deyton was classically trained in France and received a degree in wine from the university du vin a chateau Suze-la-Rousse. Since relocating to the bay area, Stephen has worked at Michael Mina as a cellar master/Sommelier and has made trips to France, Napa, Sonoma, and central cost wine countries for educational tastings.
