Collaboration Beer Dinner with Solemn Oath & The Bruery

On occasion of the collaboation between the two breweries, Hopleaf hosts a 5 Course Beer Pairing Dinner featuring beers from Solemn Oath & The Bruery. 7pm July 7. As it is a Prix Fixe menu, there can be no substitutions. We can say it will be 5 courses and 8 beers, and it will be delicious. We don't do many of these beer dinners, and seating is limited. THE BEERS: Geriatric Hipster Club, Trade Winds, Pain Cave, Honorable Presenter, Metaphysm, Sour in the Rye, Beret, Big Box Make Magic
THE FOOD:
1. Gulf Coast Prawn Salad w/corn, purple potatoes, pickled Fresno peppers, basil green goddess dressing
2. Lamb Carpaccio (lamb from Broken Arrow) w/curry aioli, pickle garlic scapes, broccoli leaf pesto
3. Duck Breast & Waffles w/roasted pepper waffle, ramp purée, grilled porcini, duck cracklins
4. Rabbit Roulade: rabbit saddle stuffed w/rye bread pudding, morels, & confit rabbit & wrapped in bacon; w/sunchoke purée, baby beets, pickled ramps, sour jus
5. Cakes: whipped white chocolate cheescake, raspberry/malted milk layer cake; w/macadamia nuts
