Yet eating fish can be one of the healthiest, most sustainable, and inexpensive ways to eat well.  Let us help you make the right choices (and leave your 4 different sustainable fish pocket guides at home) at this demo and lecture class with Seattle chef and cookbook author Becky Selengut.  You will learn three recipes that are all delicious, economical, and sustainable. While you sample these creations, Becky will lead you in a conversation about how to shop for and cook with fish.
