Join Slow Food South Bay for another "Slow Dining Adventure!"

This time we will dine together at the Country Gourmet in Sunnyvale. This SLOW restaurant is getting produce from Full Circle Farm, an urban farm right here in Sunnyvale - just 3 miles away!

Dinner date: Wednesday, July 1, 2015
Dinner time: 5:30pm
Dinner with drink separate: $40
Dinner with wine pairing: $55
Note: $5 per ticket sale will go towards Slow Food South Bay

Presentations by:
- Chef Jimmy of Country Gourmet
- Full Circle Farm representatives

They will talk about how it all began, how it works - from growing the food, to planning the menu. We will get an insight to our regional food web and learn how we can tap into it, how we can strengthen it.

Chef Jimmy has created a fabulous 3-course meal:

1) Full Circle Farm Summer Squash "noodle" and Daikon Salad with Jalapeño Vinaigrette

2) Entree: Roasted Wild Salmon with:
- Leek, Potato and Full Circle Farm Gratin, presented in Charlotte molds
- Full Circle Farm Green Beans w/hazelnuts
- Quinoa Tabouleh w/Full Circle Farm Cucumbers and Mint

Vegetarian/Vegan option is Wild Mushrooms
(when paying for your ticket, be sure to indicate that you want the Veg/Vegan option)

3) Dessert: Full Circle Farm lemon verbena Panna Cotta

Full Circle Farm representatives will join us at the table to share with us their story - what they are up to and what their future will be.

Slow Food leaders will be at the table to share with you what we are up to, what we know and see of our local food web.
