The ARE Construction Documents and Services Exam Workshop will review the application of project management and professional practice knowledge and skills. This will include the preparation of contract documents and contract administration. The exam content areas we will specifically focus on are:
- Construction Documents & Project Manual: The preparation and coordination of construction drawings including building systems, product selection, and construct-ability.
- Project & Practice Management/Cost: The preparation of estimates of probable construction cost and consideration of cost implications of design decisions.
-We will also cover Codes, Regulations, Environmental Issues, Scheduling, Coordination, Project Delivery, Submittals, Contracts, and Legal Issues as they pertain to Construction Documents and Services.
- The Building Section Vignette will be discussed and reviewed.
