Eatonville Restaurant Presents "Pairing Dinner" with Raats Family Wines
Join Eatonville Restaurant for a culinary safari featuring a traditional South African inspired menu from Executive Chef Garret Fleming. A wine pairing will accompany each course featuring Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. Representatives from Raats Family Wines, of Stellenbosch, South Africa will connect our community with theirs through these award winning wines!
First: Tartar of Ostrich and Lamb
Second: South African "Shrimp & Grits" (Prawns Peri Peri with Mieliepap)
Third: Oxtail Bunny Chow (Curried Stew in Bread Bowl)
Final: Melktert (Milk Tart with Grilled Passion Fruit)
Reservations Required! $60 per person plus tax and gratuity ($76.80)
