A Philly Beer Week Event!

Cook-off pros Nick Suarez and Theo Peck, along with Brooklyn Brewery, are excited to present the Philadelphia Cheese Experiment, a cook-off involving Philly's finest amateur chefs. Dishes will range from savory to sweet and will push the culinary boundaries of cheese. We're talking homemade cheese, mac n' cheese, cheese sandwiches, cheese puffs, cheese pie, cheese in everything! Gruyere, Parmigiano, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella will all be represented. You may never look at cheese the same after attending the Food Experiments. Anyone can compete! Anyone can attend! And anyone can win! Sharpen your knives America, this is a call to all home chefs looking to be named the next cook-off king or queen of Philadelphia. Attendees can sample all cheese dishes and entry includes a Brooklyn Brewery beer! Brooklyn Brewery will be on tap for the event!

The winner will not only receive cash and achieve culinary glory, but will get a trip to Brooklyn, NY to compete in the National cook-off title, the super-bowl of cook-offs held at Brooklyn Brewery. You, along with our professional judging panel choose the winners!? Do you have what it takes to win? Are you experimented?
