This program, in cooperation with the Carnegie Hall's Neighborhood Concerts Series, features the band of Greek-born singer and accordionist, Magda Giannikou. The music taps into a wide-range of international influences with the voices of Japan and Argentina joining Magda, resulting in a rich, colorful experience in seven languages. The music forays into Brazilian Baiao rhythms, Greek dance music, jazz, samba and tango.
