Wine and Cheese at Van Vleck
Join Slow Food Northern NJ on Friday May 20th for a tasting of American wines and artisan cheeses at the beautiful Van Vleck House (while the wisteria is in bloom) to benefit our school garden program. In addition to our resident wine "expert" (Gary Tonucci, board member), we will have 2 guests: Steve Lieder, wine educator from Chelsea Wine Vault in NYC; and Daniel Epstein, cheese monger from Eden Gourmet in South Orange. Come learn about wine and cheese pairing from the experts.
