Ole! A Family Style Fundraiser Dinner for Local Roots CSA
Join Chefs Cathy Erway, author of The Art of Eating In, and Meet and Eat's Risotto Challenge Champ Noah Berland for a delicious 4 course dinner with ingredients sourced only from local farms participating in the Local Roots CSA. From cassoulets to handmade sorbets, this dinner will be sure to get you excited for the upcoming CSA season.
Dinner will be served family style with a vegetarian option available. All proceeds go to help Local Roots CSA in their first year!
When: Monday, May 9th, 2011 from 7pm - 9pm
Where: 61 Local - 61 Bergen St, Brooklyn, NY
Cost: Tickets are sold at a sliding scale of $25 - $30
