Incognito by Michael Fosberg
In a hybrid between the late-great satirical monologist Spalding Gray and the vivid storytelling of Charlayne Woodard, Incognito is a one-man play about Michael Fosberg's emotion-packed personal journey for self discovery.
Writer/performer Michael Fosberg began a personal search for his biological father at age 34 that turns up a whole lot more. Armed with only the name of his father and the knowledge that he lived in the Detroit area two decades earlier, Fosberg makes a miraculous call which sets in motion a series of discoveries of family -- of secrets and lies, confrontation and reconciliation. Incognito balances humor and emotion as it deals with race, prejudice and lifeâs difficult choices.
