All The Kings Men!

Three parts Tracey Ullman, a punch of Carol Burnett, a pint of Jim Carrey and a whole lotta woman AND man, this electrifying and outrageous show will have you laughing long, hard and loud. Named one of ten nationwide winners of "The Best Lesbian Theatre Award" by Curve magazine, All The Kings Men strike at the heart of gender issues with a performance as poignant as it is auda- cious. The newly released documentary about the troupe by Planted Seeds Productions has been touring the international festival circuit since April 2010.

Performing to sold out crowds and standing ovations all over the US and Internationally, All The Kings Men tote their distinct brand of performance everywhere they go. These Victor/Victorias incorporate a delightful melange of pop-cultural satire, dance, scene work, storytelling, socio-political commentary, burlesque, multi-media, comedy and drama into every show. All the while they hold a mocking mirror to the construction of identity through destabilising the popular perception of gender boundaries. ATKM are front runners in creating unique, challenging and moving experiences that capture every audience they play for.

Since April of 2002, this Boston based ensemble has been bringing their unique brand of entertainment to hundreds of venues from Los Angeles to London. Their ever-changing, cabaret-style show features a troupe of six prolific artists who collectively play between thirty and fifty gender bending characters per perfor- mance. All The Kings Men is available for a wide variety of booking engagements including performances, workshops and Q & A's for; theatrical runs, cruises, festivals, parades, special events/venues, colleges and universities. The only thing you can expect from an ATKM show is the unexpected and to leave the theatre seeing things in a completely new way.
