In 1990, Tim Berners-Lee served the first web page on the Open Internet,
and Jan Johnson founded Ormao Dance Company in Colorado Springs.
Coincidence? Maybe. Visionary? Absolutely!
Both initiatives launched 25 years of extraordinary local and global creativity, community, and collaboration.
Oh sure, the Internet may be slightly more impactful, but Colorado Springs has the only modern dance professional company and dance school in the Pikes Peak Region! That's something to celebrate, and we want you to join us!
