Learn the seven secret laws of great watercolor painting!
Learn the seven secret laws of great watercolor painting!

When I search Google "Why is watercolor," the first automated suggestion comes up, "so difficult," and the second one, "so hard." Many people take up watercolor because of its accessibility, only to find it too difficult and frustrating to continue.

During my many years of making fine arts, and being an exhibited watercolor painter and mixed-media artist, I have developed a system that makes professional-grade watercolor paintings quickly and easily. Through trials and errors, I find that we need to know only a few basic rules and skills to create a masterpiece!

This summer I am sharing these seven secret laws of great watercolor painting at affordable, sliding-scale prices.

You will get an exclusive online guide which you will be able to refer back to, PLUS a two-hour watercolor field practice group outdoors. This is an outdoor group field trip to a location in Portland, Oregon (public transit and bicycle friendly), with a two-hour live practice session painting landscapes. You need to bring your own art supplies and provide your own transportation.

Note: Each group is strictly limited to 10 people, first-come-first-served. Plan ahead, register early to reserve your spot.

* Prices do not include the costs of art supplies, transportation, Internet access, mobile data plan, or any other incidental expenses.

* Update (6/22/2015): According to the weather forecasts we anticipate a very hot weekend. As this workshop series takes place outdoors, for health and safety concerns, we have cancelled sessions for Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28. Additional dates are however being scheduled in July and August.
