Fotos de mi Alma 2011
Celebrating its 5th anniversary, Fotos de mi Alma Photography Auction and Exhibit has graduated from a amateur photo sale to a high-caliber photography event including some of the world's most lauded photographers.
This year's work comes from as nearby as San Antonio, TX to as far away as Mexico City, New York and Los Angeles. Our featured photographer: National Geographic photographer Ed Kashi is accompanied by Josh Meltzer, Ricardo Romo, Arturo Almedia, Fritz Torres, Jorge Francisco Sanchez, Guillermina "Gisha" Zabala, Ramin Samandari, Alexandra Palacios, Gustavo Garcia Baca, Claudia Calle, Floria Gonzalez, Fern Ramirez, Charlie Harper, Skip Hunt, Maria Madrigal, Jorge San Hueza Lyon, Alberto Jimenez, and Laura Skelding.
Ticket sales, sponsorships and photo sales benefit Latinitas after school programs, camps, workshops and leadership development programs in Central and West Texas.
