Belly Dance Blast
Belly Dance Blast is a program that incorporates dance, fitness, nutrition and overall wellness. This program employs group class instruction, nutrition guidance and guest instructor workshops focusing on total body wellness.
A new dance is taught EACH week. Music focus is Arabic, North African and Middle Eastern.
