What's For Dessert? Wine & Dessert Pairing Class
Desserts take many forms and include a wide variety of ingredients from fruits to custards and nuts to chocolate. Which wines compliment these taste treats? Chef Jeff will lead the group through a sequential tasting of luscious desserts paired with complementary wines. Participants will learn why certain wines tend to bring out the best in particular desserts and vice versa. But you get to be the judge! Taste and decide!
