Rent - School Edition

Un-Common is Thrilled to close our 2006/07 season as one of only 5 companies in the U.S. to be offered a license for "Rent - School Edition". This show will bring back the team from last summer's critically acclaimed "Assassins" of Christa Crewdson as Director with Chris Charig as Music Director and Jon Grenon as Set and Costume Designer.

First performed on Broadway in 1996, "RENT" was written by Jonathan Larson and received the 1996 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the 1996 Tony Award for Best Musical. The rock opera, based on "La Boheme", is considered revolutionary for bringing controversial topics and counterculture to a traditionally conservative medium, and is credited with increasing the popularity of musical theater in the younger generation. This School Edition of "RENT" is appropriate for ages 13 and up.

Show dates will be Thursday July 19th, Friday July 20th, Saturday July 21st at 7.30pm and Sunday July 22nd at 2pm at The Orpheum Theatre in Foxboro, Ma.

Presale ticket prices are $18 for adults, $15 for Seniors and $12 for Students (with Student ID)
