Sadly, summer doesn't last forever but you can enjoy it longer with sumptuous summer fruit desserts.
At this hands-on workshop you'll learn to cobble a cobbler, and pan a dowdy.
You'll meet Brown Betty and get a perfect peach puzzle.
You'll make fruit tarts from vegetables.
You'll sample ice cream made from a single large berry.
You'll hear how summer fruit desserts are proof of American ingenuity.
Ticket fee includes guest appearance from Appalachian Granny, demonstrations, hands-on experience, recipes, samples...lots of samples, and 2 CEUs for RDs and DTRs.
